Once again Phong did a great job. He successfully built up the basement exit walls to prevent earth from being washed into the drain area at the bottom of the stairs. I particularly appreciate that he responded to my request so quickly. I was worried that the earth would block the drain during rainstorms so the longer I had to wait the more likely that there would be rainstorms. Thank you Phong.

Ali responded immediately to my request and did the work the next day. He worked very efficiently on both projects, completing them. He answered all my questions. When I have more work, I will be contacting him.

Phong and his colleague did a great job on my project. They also tackled an additional problem which I had not previously mentioned. Getting to my basement exit was not easy because they had to drive through a narrow alley. Phong was great at communicating and answered all my emails and phone messages.

I saw some material in my basement that I thought might be rat feces. Darrell came the next day and assured me that the little pile was not rat feces. Then he toured my basement and backyard and pronounced them free of rat signs. In addition, he gave some advice about cleaning up as well as reducing raccoon poop

The company was busy as usual but they took care of my problem. Joseph replaced my bathroom sink as we discussed. He also took the time to take care of my bathtub faucet problem although I had not asked him previously; this spite of the fact that he was swamped with other jobs.

My insurer was not responding to my need for a small emergency repair (1 hour) to my eavestrough. I needed this repair to stop water from entering my basement after the storm on May 21; both my porch roof and my eavestrough needed to be replaced. The insurer and the roofing/eavestrough contractor would not take care of this emergency repair but expected me to wait for a month when the contractor would start the roofing/eavestrough job. I called Novak on Friday and explained the job and it was completed on Saturday. THANK YOU, Novak.

Max and his colleague solved the problem of my blocked defrost drain. They patiently explained what they were doing. Bonus work was that they leveled my frig and cleaned the very dusty area behind the frig's bottom grill; they also gave me advice to clean that area annually and showed me how to pop the grill to get access to the area.

Ross completed so many chores so quickly. The bathtub grab bar was a particular challenge because the tiles are porcelain. Since the brick behind the tiles is soft in my old house, Ross had to add wires to secure the bar to the brick. Some of the other tasks included:- re-assembled A/C unit - removed shelf from fridge - re-attached window crank and checked others - filled hole in front door

Mark is SO good. The part wasn't available from normal plumbing suppliers so he had to order. When he was installing the new part, he noticed a problem with one of the parts of the new bottle and replaced it with the corresponding part (which was in good condition) from the old bottle trap. Experience shows!

Rupert and Paul arrived at the scheduled time and were not discouraged about the difficulties of my house . They did a thorough job; the after photos were impressive. I also appreciated the explanations.

The Simmons team scores again! I thought had a foundation problem but Ross and Eric brilliantly identified my problem as a pest problem; they provided a plan for dealing with the pest. I appreciated that the Simmons responded quickly to my request for a review since a water problem can quickly become a disastrous problem.

During COVID, Mark had to go to several stores to find the correct model of cartridge . The extra time and effort was really appreciated. I will definitely use Express Router again. I will recommend the company also.

Thanks Ross and Eric for your last visit. It was great to get rid of those bulky/heavy things. Also appreciated the lamp repair - fewer things to go into land fill; I am enjoying the extra light even more now that the darkness is upon us again.

Novak and his staff did a great job. In addition, it was very pleasant to work with them. My job was awkward because access to the job was through a narrow alley at the back of my property. Several contractors did not want the job for that reason. Novak responded positively to my request for a steel door (even though that would delay the job). He also suggested an improvement for my kitchen window which I appreciated. I will be recommending Novak Aluminum to my neighbours and friends.

Another excellent job by Ross and Eric. Done well, quickly and economically. Particularly valuable is advice about different options for doing my jobs including how to do some tasks myself. Thank you very much.

Ross and Eric did excellent work. Ross prepared a detailed estimate before beginning work. During the job, he offered alternative ways of proceeding with the tasks. I was very impressed with his knowledge about the work. I have already recommended the company to a neighbour.

My roofing job was not easy. I own a semi so there is overlap with the other owners' roof. Also the old shingles from my kitchen had to taken out of the back of the property with wheel barrels. The company installed a vent on my kitchen roof; the previous roofer had not done so. I had wanted the roofs replaced before winter and the company got them done before winter.
