We contacted TPM&S to move from our house, which we sold, to an apartment. Marian offered a quote for the services and explained in detail how we would be billed. Having had a recent bad experience with another moving company that charged us a fortune for a simple job of moving boxes from a storage unit to our house, we were a little nervous, but in the end we were absolutely happy to have trusted Marian. His workers John and Claudio showed up right on time, were extremely professional, helpful and polite, and had the utmost care when handling all our belongings, which included several fragile musical instruments and expensive electronic equipment. They were very fast and efficient loading and unloading the truck, and were able to complete our move in less time than we had anticipated. The best part was the charges, which were fair, reasonable, with nothing hidden or unexpected, like other moving companies do. All in all, this was the best move we've ever had, and this is no exaggeration as we have moved 6 times in the last 12 yrs, including 2 international moves, so we do know what we're talking about. If you want a seamless, pain-free and fairly priced move, look no further. Marian is your guy and you will not regret it!

We discovered mold in our attic and were very fortunate to come across this company. Right from the start when I called and spoke to Kay, I felt I was in competent and caring hands. Kay made me feel at ease, quoted me a very reasonable price that was much better than another competitor's and scheduled our mold remediation for a few days later. The guys showed up promptly and did their job very thoroughly and professionally, with very little disturbance to us and our pets. We received our report and pictures a couple of days later, everything was great and we were very happy. But this is not the end of the story. A couple of months later we decided to sell our home. The prospective buyer brought a home inspector who called out mold in our attic! Needless to say I was absolutely shocked, so I promptly called Kay again and explained my predicament - how could this be?? Again, with her calm, friendly and reassuring demeanor, Kay took matters in her own hands, pretty much cleared Ross's calendar for the next day, and Ross himself came to inspect our attic again, and might I add, without wanting a penny for it. Obviously there was absolutely no mold, and Ross even put this down in writing on another report, which not only demonstrates a commitment to standing by the quality of their work, but also a willingness to help customers above and beyond the call of duty. The prospective buyer was satisfied and ended up putting an offer on the house. There are many other things I could add about what a great experience it has been for me to deal with Ross and Kay, and how helpful and genuinely kind they are, but there's no room here!
