From start to finish, Hoerner provided excellent and professional service. I was helped on the phone by Kim and Robyn. When they had to reschedule my appointment because they had to respond to real emergencies with burst pipes, they waived the dispatch fee. Then 2 plumbers came to my house. Yes 2 ;-). Mario and Cameron. I knew there would be a problem with fixing my hose bib and I was right. Mario quickly determined that the pipe for the hose bib is buried behind drywall. And the stem in the hose bib is old and there is no replacement part. I was feeling desperate until Cameron came up with a solution. Mario and Cameron quickly installed the solution, and tested to make sure there are no leaks anywhere. My hose bib is now back into action. I really appreciate Mario and Cameron's attention to details, creative thinking, and professionalism. Both of them would take the time to explain what they are doing, show me what they have done, and tested everything before they left. This is the second time I have used Hoerner, and they are consistent in providing reliable service. I will definitely continue to use them for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

I tried this service for about 2 months, from Aug to Sept. I ended up having to fire them. The cleaning lady was OK, but she had a problem with punctuality, late showing up by almost an hour, more than once. When I contacted the office, the woman I talked to gave me attitude. Very unprofessional. I would definitely NOT recommend them or use them again.

I regret you didn't have a positive experience with us A.W. We do emphasize the importance of punctuality with staffmembers but even though our intention in this area is to attain 100 % reliability , unfortunately the odd time we do fall short . Sometimes this is due to delays on the TTC but it is possible the person started out too late to arrive on time . Concerning the issue of attitude over the phone - there is no excuse for that and I have spoken to the office staff about how important it is to be polite and accomodating .
Update Oct. 12 , 2012 : Shelley is currently the office manager and a nicer person you will never find .
We hope you'll change your mind if you're less than satisfied with your current situation and try us again . I am confident we can reverse your impression .
