I tried this service for about 2 months, from Aug to Sept. I ended up having to fire them. The cleaning lady was OK, but she had a problem with punctuality, late showing up by almost an hour, more than once.
When I contacted the office, the woman I talked to gave me attitude. Very unprofessional. I would definitely NOT recommend them or use them again.

I regret you didn't have a positive experience with us A.W. We do emphasize the importance of punctuality with staffmembers but even though our intention in this area is to attain 100 % reliability , unfortunately the odd time we do fall short . Sometimes this is due to delays on the TTC but it is possible the person started out too late to arrive on time . Concerning the issue of attitude over the phone - there is no excuse for that and I have spoken to the office staff about how important it is to be polite and accomodating .
Update Oct. 12 , 2012 : Shelley is currently the office manager and a nicer person you will never find .
