4 years ago i needed to replace my 2 furnaces and 2 hot water tanks....Had heard of the great reputation of Boyce from co-workers who had him replace their furnaces.....From start to finish, his team was awesome....they worked efficiently, explained ahead of time how long it would take and what needed to be done, the cleanup was great(left nothing behind), answered all my questions as simple as they were, took all the old furnaces and hot water tanks away, and explained i could call them any time ......since then i have called for little questions. Theresa(who answers the phone) is courteous, helpful, resourceful, knowlegdeable and troubleshoots over the phone. If she can't fix the problem or answer the question, she will find someone to phone you back promptly. Thus saving someone from coming to your home and charging you a service fee....She's Awesome too!!!.. I highly recommend them as a great furnace contractor...customer service is the best!!!

Needed to have my ducts cleaned after 4 years....Leo and Tim with Advanpro were punctual, and professional. They did an amazing job, finding things the previous cleaners did not find(i wonder what the previous cleaners did).......Leo showed me all the dirt and insulation that was taken out of my ducts, and in the end put everything back in a tidy order. Tim was awesome in wiping all the vents down when the blowing was complete. Their prices were more than expected,but then what they did made up for it....Leo also explained what i needed to do in order to keep my ducts clean. He answered all my questions as simple as they were. His work was done efficiently, thoroughly, and he took his time to have me see what he cleaned out of my ducts....I would highly recommend them!!!
