I called Boyce Heating and inquired about repairing my humidifier leak. They sent a service technician about 2 hours after I called. The two service techs were courteous and friendly and went above and beyond to repair the leak. The service and quality of work was excellent. I recommend Boyce heating .

Over that tine installed gas garage heater, furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater, humidifier, a number of fans, and general maintenance.

Also had Boyce fix some heating problems throughout our home. They fixed some problems that made a big difference.

Their service is excellent in all ways: quality, technical expertise and professionalism.

Tried to charge 100% markup on a furnace part replacement, 100%!!!! Asked to pay $950 for a smart gas valve that sells for $460 at Wolseley in Calgary (not even comparing with online) and then proceeded to refuse to do the work after bringing up my concern with the markup.

I was referred to Boyce Heating by a tradesperson that I trust, and was not disappointed. I needed to rework some ducts and cold air returns during a basement renovation, and Darcy and Team did a great job.

About 5 years ago -Removed old furnace and installed new hi efficiency furnace. Challenging to route the piping for venting and fresh air feed. A great solution was found which kept the piping run as short and straight as possible and piping is up between floor joists! Very professional conduct and work by all staff. Furnace water drain installed with proper slope to drain.

Have used this company for annual furnace maintenance since new furnace was installed. Courteous office staff, all techs over the years have been very competent polite and courteous. They do careful inspections of all components, take time to fully answer questions and cleanup when they'return finished. Highly recommend this company.

4 years ago i needed to replace my 2 furnaces and 2 hot water tanks....Had heard of the great reputation of Boyce from co-workers who had him replace their furnaces.....From start to finish, his team was awesome....they worked efficiently, explained ahead of time how long it would take and what needed to be done, the cleanup was great(left nothing behind), answered all my questions as simple as they were, took all the old furnaces and hot water tanks away, and explained i could call them any time ......since then i have called for little questions. Theresa(who answers the phone) is courteous, helpful, resourceful, knowlegdeable and troubleshoots over the phone. If she can't fix the problem or answer the question, she will find someone to phone you back promptly. Thus saving someone from coming to your home and charging you a service fee....She's Awesome too!!!.. I highly recommend them as a great furnace contractor...customer service is the best!!!
