From Ben, the wonderful, kind owner, to hard working store manager Faisal in the Thornhill showroom, to the amazing hardwood & carpet installers, they are a patient, wonderful team of honest professionals with very personalized service, who never pressure or push you, and greet you on a first name basis, like you’re their friend, who care more about meeting your true flooring needs & in your budget, than upselling you on products you don’t need just for the sake of them making more money. They made me feel like I was their ONLY client, paying close attention to me throughout the project, always making sure I was happy. They go the extra mile for you, giving you lots of “extras” at no charge, which is a nice touch from a customer service/retention standpoint. Reasonable prices, value added service. Great customer service, very well run, organized, efficient, hard working company from the top down. My project went smoothly without a hiccup, and everyone from Ben, Faisal to the installers all treated me like gold. An excellent experience from start to finish. I LOVE my new hardwood & carpeting, and have had so many compliments on it from friends & family, who all think it looks stunning. Quality Potlight did receptacle re-locations, new ceiling pot lights, new receptacles, under cabinet lighting, & in cabinet puck lighting for my kitchen reno. They also installed new pots in my bedroom hall, closet, & new incandescent lights in my unfinished basement. Nima was the lead electrician who did most of the rough in & finishing work, he is friendly, efficient, conscientious, patient, always asking if I was happy with the results. I can’t say enough about Moe, the owner of Quality Potlight, who also did some of the finishing electrical work. He is impressive, highly efficient, organized & runs his business like a top, & unlike many contractors, is great at customer service & communication...he presented me with the initial quote at my home, I could tell right away he was very efficient & accurate at his business. He was so patient throughout my reno with my many questions, emails, always responding quickly, never complaining. Moe kept his word with all prices quoted, never once deviating, trying to upsell me, or trying to pad the bill with unwarranted charges, which was the experience I had with a previous contractor in my basement reno. Very trustworthy, punctual, reliable, honest, efficient company. I highly recommend Quality Potlight.

I'm renovating my kitchen & David did the tear out of my old kitchen, giving me many tips along the way. Finding reliable, honest people to do work related to my reno, or who will do smaller jobs, has been the most frustrating experience ever. David provided me excellent & professional service, he is extremely consciencious, & the most honest guy you will ever find to work for you. He arrived on time, did what he said he would, & there were no hidden surprises on price. He even came with his shop vac & cleaned all areas after he finished, leaving my house spotless. He is trustworthy, with integrity, & if you're a single woman who is leary of having a male repairman in your home alone with you, you have absolutely no worries about David. He is one of a kind gem among an industry unfortunately full of dishonest, unreliable people. Don't waste your time calling any other company, David is the best, and he's a great "go to" contact to have for general repairs & mtnc around your home. I will highly recommend him to anyone I know.
