My new hardwood & carpeting look amazing!!
From Ben, the wonderful, kind owner, to hard working store manager Faisal in the Thornhill showroom, to the amazing hardwood & carpet installers, they are a patient, wonderful team of honest professionals with very personalized service, who never pressure or push you, and greet you on a first name basis, like you’re their friend, who care more about meeting your true flooring needs & in your budget, than upselling you on products you don’t need just for the sake of them making more money. They made me feel like I was their ONLY client, paying close attention to me throughout the project, always making sure I was happy. They go the extra mile for you, giving you lots of “extras” at no charge, which is a nice touch from a customer service/retention standpoint. Reasonable prices, value added service. Great customer service, very well run, organized, efficient, hard working company from the top down. My project went smoothly without a hiccup, and everyone from Ben, Faisal to the installers all treated me like gold. An excellent experience from start to finish. I LOVE my new hardwood & carpeting, and have had so many compliments on it from friends & family, who all think it looks stunning. Thank you to Ben, Faisal & to hardwood installers: Tran, Tom, & carpet installer Ridvan, for all your hard work & looking after me!!!! You guys are amazing & unique among other flooring companies I checked into before deciding to hire you. None of them compared to your level of honesty, personalized service, or the way you genuinely care about your clients. I highly recommend this company.
