Promised me packing-unpacking services, but phrased contract in a misleading way. Had to peck myself after movers came. Promised they would take care of customs without us - called us a day before arriving to set a time there, so we will clear everything. Asked us to email copies of all sorts of paperwork in advance - truck driver told us he needed originals after loading his truck. Promised to set the date for shipping 10 days in advance, set it on Friday to the next Monday!
