My kitchen counter plugs weren't working, so having had a great experience with HomeStars before, I submitted my request. In less than 30 minutes I got a call from Chris who asked good questions to clarify his understanding of the problem and promptly provided information on where I could get more information about his company and see reviews. I was impressed with the reviews and made an appointment for the next morning. Not only was the problem fixed quickly, but I also got a lesson in how the electrical plugs in my kitchen are set up from and electrical perspective. Chris also provided advice on how I could move some of 'power-hungry' small appliances to a different spot in the kitchen to reduce the potential of tripping. I live in an old condo building, so learning that really old breaker switches do tend to trip more frequently, I'm looking forward to Chris coming back to replace my kitchen breakers (which don't cost much) so I will have more peace of mind since I plan to live here for a long time. I found the entire experience with Chris to be a great pleasure. He is pleasant, friendly, efficient, very knowledgable, and eager to deliver value to his customer.

I've had my Maytag Washer/ Dryer for 26 years and love it. A while ago, the dryer started making screeching noises while running. It was stilling drying clothes perfectly, but something was wrong, because it was too noisy. Normally, I can hardly hear my dryer running if I'm in another room. I was impressed with Faud right from the first call. He called back very quickly and even though I was initially planning on talking to a few repair companies before selecting one to come and take a look at my dryer, I decided to let him come without talking to others. What impressed me was that in the first call, he demonstrated his competency by asking really good questions regarding the problem with the dryer. His questions made me see that he knew the different potential problems and what the solution might be. I love my Maytag and right away in the first appointment, he brought along a part he knew would need to be replaced. Immediately, my dryer was working so much better than before. The screeching was reduced to a minor, intermittent squeaking! Once we got inside the dryer, we realized there were a few other parts that should be replaced, since my dryer is 26 years old (yes...I know)! Within 2 days, he had procured the additional parts and dropped by to replace them too. I love my Maytag and it's like new again - running super-quiet like it did before. I couldn't be happier!

Having no prior experience with raccoons, I found 360 Wildlife Control to be responsive and knowledgeable in quickly capturing and removing the raccoon. I did not shop around, so I have no idea what the normal price range for this service is. Hopefully I will never see a raccoon again!
