My kitchen counter plugs weren't working, so having had a great experience with HomeStars before, I submitted my request. In less than 30 minutes I got a call from Chris who asked good questions to clarify his understanding of the problem and promptly provided information on where I could get more information about his company and see reviews. I was impressed with the reviews and made an appointment for the next morning.

Not only was the problem fixed quickly, but I also got a lesson in how the electrical plugs in my kitchen are set up from and electrical perspective. Chris also provided advice on how I could move some of 'power-hungry' small appliances to a different spot in the kitchen to reduce the potential of tripping. I live in an old condo building, so learning that really old breaker switches do tend to trip more frequently, I'm looking forward to Chris coming back to replace my kitchen breakers (which don't cost much) so I will have more peace of mind since I plan to live here for a long time.
