We were prepping our home for sale and wanted to update the tired beige and brown exterior with something fresher and brighter. Joel came out and priced the work very reasonably and then followed up with me to schedule a date. It was a big job - nearly the full perimeter of the two storey house, plus eaves, soffits and fascia, and exterior doors and door trim (lots of coats, meticulously hand painted and rolled). Crew finished in 5 days, were lovely, friendly, polite, and tidy the entire time. Would wholeheartedly recommend if you want to give your house a mini facelift with high impact for a very good price.

We got five estimates from various roofers before going ahead with M&R. They were the only ones that spent the time actually on our roof to give us a detailed quote. Our roof has a very steep slope and had previously been redone very poorly (three layers of shingles layered o top of each other). The crew showed up right on time each morning (took about three and a half days given the amount of work and the sweltering August heat). The crew was incredibly professional, very thorough and polite. We had all of the old cedar and asphalt shingles removed and replaced and new eaves trough put in. Very satisfied with the work. Would highly recommend them.
