I needed an urgent inspection, with one day notice, on a property in Saint-Lazare. YG over the phone assured me to assign an inspector and Ilya was there during weekend right on time. He was professional and very educative during the work. The report came on time, and my questions afterward was answered as well. I have used other inspection services in the past, but my experience of working with this team was exceptionally positive and stress free. Their review on Google was the key for my decision to choose them.

The best customer service and warranty. They did a fantastic job 5 years ago on replacing the entire Eavestrough. Very good looking finish and quality work as it stands so many winters and rainy seasons so far. Few weeks ago (imagine 5 years later) I had a leak on a corner and I call them, all they asked was the invoice#. Next day boy o boy the big brother showed up himself fixed the corner, shook hand and left me speechless. PS: As he explained to me, After all it was not a leak, but it was an overflow of recent heavy rains on a corner which he added some plates to control the flow. Thank you, Excellent customer service

Very nice job done, in a fair price. They had to do 2 trips one for preparing the rough in and one for finishing, waiting on me to finish the drywall and paint, yet very professional conduct and not pushy or demanding. During converting our wood burning fireplace to natural gas insert fireplace the contractor found a crack on the top of chimney which he recommended to fix before dropping his liner in. I contacted a few contractors as the job was in rush to finish the gas fireplace as well. Some contractors gave me ridiculous prices. Mike’s price was reasonable and his schedule was not bad. He matched the bricks nice and fixed the chimney upto the spec again and made it ready for gas fireplace installation. They did a very nice and safe work scaffolding (more than 40 feet) because of walk out grading and slope side of the house. Nicely done, thanks

We needed to convert our wood burning fireplace to natural gas insert fireplace. Contacted a few companies and some refused to do the job because of chimney height and roof slope. Andrew’s price was reasonable and his approach for doing the roof job was professional. I like the honesty of his team and their workmanship as on day of installation upon climbing on the chimney, they noticed some issue at very top (35 feet above) of the chimney which needed to be fixed before dropping the liner. Their job was half way stopped waiting on me to hire mason to fix the chimney, but no complain and fully understandable for both parties. I coordinate between the two contractors and upon fixing the chimney; they came by same day and finished installing a beautiful fireplace for us which we turned on same night. They could have dropped the liner in and finished their job a month before and not telling me about the crack on the chimney which was impossible to see from the ground level, but they did not do that, they let me know to make a proper decision for my home which of course cost me an arm and a leg to fix. Also they accommodate me with using black pipe installation as per my request and understood and confirmed my concerns because of special circumstances around the pipe path and my use of basement, which other contractors hesitate to run black pipes because of extra labor involved. Mike and Carlo showed up on time, prepared the site and did an excellent job. During the job progress I went up to the attic multiple times and checked on the quality of job, which was perfect. They even change the old style Styrofoam on the back of the attic latch with 12" or 18" fiber glass, which i was not expecting. I have 4 inaccessible roofs, they measured and charged based on actual job, not based on wall to wall dimensions, which some others charges.

Such a team (BRIAN, MAT), I wish I could hire them to do other tasks around my house. They spend 4.5 hours continues work in my house, cleaning all the docs. I am very happy from their professional conduct, attitude and politeness, diligent on work and their consistency of the multi step process which they followed for every single register in my house (About 25 registers). I have a 30ft long scoping camera which I had seen inside all ducts before and after they service them. Simply day and night conversion. The thorough process which they follow for each register is amazing and their due diligence is second to none. They even cleaned my CVC pipes, but did not charge me as my CVC system was not connected and they said, they charge only when they clean the unit itself as well. Sure I’ll recommend them and will call them again once needed. We just purchased this house and we have an infant and a baby and needed such diligent work before moving in. Thanks again to Mat and Brian for excellent work. Lucky Paul to have such employees, sure your business grows by having such teams.
