What a wonderful experience with Jack and his crew from the very start! I called him after receiving a notice of his service in the mailbox and was reminded that it was time to do something about two large black locusts that needed removal before they fell down on their own! He arrived for an estimate and I could tell from his knowledge and passion about his work that I would be hiring him. The quote was very fair and included the arborist report and application for the City of Toronto. Super convenient and alleviated all of the pesky paperwork that no one has time for! Just for fun, I entertained another quote and found it quite a bit more expensive and the operator tried to dissuade me from removal of the diseased trees but rather pruning and cabling of trees that were not healthy and inappropriately planted in a small container; not my vision at all. The application was promptly approved (thorough arborist report) and I was very pleased of the day of the removal. The trees came down very safe and professionally with spotless clean up and all lumber removed. I was even left with a lovely rustic rack for my old canoe which Jack fashioned from left over sections of the truck. Love it! I can’t say enough about this company and will recommend Jack of All Trees to anyone requiring tree service!

After coming home to basement flooded with sewage from a collapsed city main pipe and then getting over the shock, I called Restoration1 and was advised by Steve that he would be over to assess the damage as soon as he could, which was a few hours later. The service I received from there on was nothing but professional and efficient and I really felt that my interest was utmost in this terrible situation. Steve walked through taking photo and moisture meter records throughout to assess before William and his crew arrived at 4:00. They started the process of removing baseboard, drywall, carpet and other contaminated material. Uncontaminated areas leading into the house were covered for protection and the skilled crew quickly and tidily got the heaters and dehumidifers going so that I could start to rebuild. Steve ever call the insurance company on my behalf to try to settle the matter with them. The final invoice was beautifully itemize in great detail and with accompanying floor plan which is most helpful when presenting to either insurance or city of Toronto for settlement. Thanks again to Steve, William and all of the crew for a great job!

Just a quick note to tell you how satisfied I am with the steam cleaning that Roger has completed on my stairs today. Great job done quickly after Roger explained everything about the process and even showed me the equipment on his truck. He ran over the few steps that were soiled the most a second time at my request without hesitation. Thank you, Silvia
