The design phase was good but installation part took 3months to complete! Multiple excuses about why kitchen not finished and scheduled time and days not honoured. I had taken days off to be at home so you can imagine how maddening that can be. Calls seldom returned. The company workers don't talk to each other; from receptionist, designer, and management about what is going on with my cabinets. During installation my newly painted walls were chipped and damaged. The colours were I chose were painted wrong and a short countertop was cut into two pieces which are unacceptable. The manager told me that's is how people like it these days - and was giving me hard time about changing it. Eventually they cut another countertop that was one piece. Also measured the countertop wrong for over the sink so that was a shame that not only I had to wait another 2 weeks it cut into their profits because of their mistake. Overall, Quality very poor and basically no customer service because calls are hardly returned. Had I not already paid the deposit I would have gone with another company. Don't use this company! You have been warned!
