Ralph and his team did a great job. This is a review after 2+ years since the installation of a new hardwood floor and refinishing stairs, and the work has proven to be of great quality and lasting value. Ralph organized everything really well, there are a lot of moving pieces in these jobs, and all crews showed up as scheduled. The floor install was done in an unbelievable pace and at great quality. The install crew were accommodating, they fixed small imperfections that we pointed out from time to time. Stairs and a new railing were done by another crew, who were very professional and very proud of their work as well. Well done. Ralph agreed to fix a few details near the end of the job, which showed his professional approach, no hassle at all. Happy to have had this company do the work, it is beautiful to this day (and will be for quite some time), the guys were knowledgeable and skilled in what they were doing, they advised of potential issues, levelled the surfaces where needed, added a pillar on the stairs where there wasn't one before etc. (Note that the installation crews could be different on your job).

This was a very smooth project from the beginning till the end. 2 garage doors were installed. Dan is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He advised us on the design, and quite rightly advised against certain design we wanted to pick. Good we listened. He arrived as agreed, kept in touch, informed us about the order and installation date. He obtained the doors and installed them at the end of the same week. Quick, efficient job, and the doors work like magic. He even wired one of our garage door opener (that was unfinished by me), installed the safety, and fixed some anchoring for the opener. What else can you ask for?

Very satisfied with the work. Runner is good quality, and the job was finished in less than 3 hours. Friendly, courteous, quick, and good quality. Will have yet to see if the runner stays in place.

It was a great job from start to finish. Excellent service after the installation, the rebates are taken care of by the office. No pressure for maintenance plans etc. Much appreciated.

Great experience with Protection Plus. They responded to my evening email the next morning. Janet (?) was professional and pleasant. The technician arrived as scheduled. (Sorry, don't remember his name). He was very professional, and I had a good sense that he knew what he was talking about and what he was doing. He got the system installed as quickly as he could, focused on his task (I was surprised - it takes quite some work). Overall, a pleasant, smooth experience from the beginning until the end, just the way it should be. It's a very competitive rate on monthly basis, too.
