Recently purchased a fridge from Mississauga location. Great prices for the appliances. Not so great customer services. I do agree with the other reviewers here, some of the sales agents/CS people really lack any enthusiasm. I would strongly suggest do your own research before you walk in to the store. I found that the sales people are not so knowledgeable or have no interest to show/explain to you on various models vs features. Apparently some of them are not even clear about their own delivery policies. I contacted the store later with a question in regards to another item I was interested to buy. And yeah, no response at all. Well seems like they have no interest to keep the customers. Overall good price, and not so good customer service. Update- Went back to the store for an another purchase because of the great price. Vathsy was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

We were looking around for a great glass panel and through Homestars reviews I went with Doors and More. From the initial contact for estimate to installation was excellent. They came to measure, made our glass and installed in the two week window (Christmas holiday time). Phil and Rob did the installation and were very professional and explained everything well. I am very happy with the outcome and customer service and I am very happy to recommend this company to others. Thanks D&M.
