Bought windows for my entire house , about 12 in all. The invoice said 'lifetime' warranty . 6 years later one window had moisture in between the panes no matter the time of the year. I called the company and the person on the phone wanted nothing to do with me once I told him of the problem. He wanted to replace the window at a charge or he would do it for free if I bought more windows. But I have no more windows to replace. He became very agitated when I persisted that there is supposed to be a lifetime waranty on the window. Needless to say I will NOTdo business with this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
