Purchased 2 bedroom and kitchen windows. April 16 2023.
Oct 23rd I noticed my house and bedroom were cooler than normal.
Oct 26 I contacted First choice windows regarding molding issues and the house now had a cold draft and both bedrooms were cold. I also wrote a bad review to the manufacturer from Washington.Surprisingly they responded
First Choice installer came out 3 times and the owner once.Just to blow air fill some drafty areas with silicone and say we installed them properly.But I bought them from you??? Seems its not their problem. Now I have to use my warranty to try and get them fixed. Its been 9 weeks,
My bedrooms are unusable and my home has a relentless cold draft. I've been sleeping in my laundry room for 6 weeks now' totally unacceptable. MY heat is turned up to 25, 26 and 27. Outrageous
I've purchased foil insulation and heavy plastic for my main bedroom window and long johns to wear in my home. Foil and plastic didn't do much.
This all started 9 weeks ago. TOTALLY DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE.
I'm a senior sleeping in a laundry room just to keep warm and be comfortable. I go to bed angry and wake up angry due to the situation..
I would never recommend this company. I thought by now this issue would be resolved as it's winter luckily a mild one, if the temperature was freezing I would have to move out as my home would be unlivable
Oh, one morning 18 inches of condensation on my new bedroom window, seems excessive
Lack of communication errors between FCW and the manufacturer very poor.

I thought I was improving my home with new windows, in hindsight I should have done nothing like FCW and the manufacturer.

Poor, unacceptable service . Well no service. IO complained again on Jan 1sat. Remember this all started Oct 26th. Now some guy that lives 4 hours away is finally going to come out. That will be my 11th week living under these conditions.

We heard about first choice windows and doors from one of our friends who was very pleased with the service. We had to redo our windows and the backyard doors and Walter was so professional, truly kind and did everything to please and ensure that we were happy! They were also super quick especially since they were booked up but still managed to squeeze us in before the winter so we don’t end up spending so much extra money on hearting! There’s no other company that I will hire to do this, as I was truly very happy with their service!!

Detailed, knew all his products. He gave me good price, for my bay window in the main floor and upstaires windows. The installers did a good job, were very clean and I recommend them to home owners looking for windows.

Three months ago I got my windows replaced. Outstanding job!!! Good quality windows. I am impressed and I have recommended them to my neighbour. Super friendly and energetic. Great service, good communication and went out of his way to help me. Thank you so much!

Walter replaced my 7 windows and a patio door. The price was very reasonable compared to the other window companies I called and asked for an estimate. I could tell that the sales man was knowledgeable about their products. I was pleased to see their great workman ship and the installation turned out beautiful. I already recommended them to my cousin down the street, and will come back to them in the summer to get the rest of my windows done.

Walter sold me 26 windows for my house, he was a very personable and I could tell he was trying his best to get me the best price. The installers were professional, very thorough and took into consideration my needs when they came to install. Overall it was a clean job, and now the outlook of my house looks brand new.

We bought 4 doors and 1 window from them. The price seems to be reasonable, but the workmanship is unacceptable. The front double door has one side higher than the other and leaking in cold air. The manager (S.K.) said it is like that for all doors and nothing can be done. Told me to buy some weather stripping myself and stick it on the door. It is a $3500+ door and looks like a second hand door because of bad installation. Don’t expect any after-sale service from this company. Buyer beware!

First Choice Windows and Doors put in all new windows and a patio door on my main floor of the house. It was a very big job. I found the owner to be very helpful, knowledgeable and value was great. The installers were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and worked really hard.
The windows look great and this past fall the house felt fresh and it has actually helped with my electricity bills.
