We hired Mr Mow It All to do a back yard clean up of our small urban space after we'd moved out for a renovation - - so it was overgrown from 3 summer months of no care at all. The initial contact was great - - got a quote and booked a future date that worked for us within a few days. The communication is seriously lacking - - they didn't show when booked, and you have to follow up to find out why. Excuses always given and seem valid - - but for our one small job they missed coming, then came the day BEFORE they were booked... did a superb job with clean up! But... ran out of the spray they need to finish the job, and promised they'd book a follow up. I booked the follow up, and they didn't show... four separate times. Each time I had to follow up as to why/when they'd come back - - you'd think they'd reach out if something unexpectedly came up. When they did come, the power washer broke (again, I have some understanding here...), and they promised to come back the next afternoon to finish the job.... and they didn't show. Eventually they picked up the power washer with no explanation or using it on my porch as requested! My guess is it never worked properly, but they didn't feel the need to tell us that. We have since given up on them - not worth my time. The actual work they did was great - - my space went from overgrown and unusable to beautiful and usable again in a few short hours. But the communication and customer service is seriously lacking - - I will look elsewhere next time.

Kurt and his team did a great job on our project. We have a small urban backyard which was not being utilized well. They came in and demo'd the concrete, added nice stonework, privacy fencing all around the space, and even did a few small jobs in the front of our house (levelling some stairs and re-configuring flower beds). Kurt was very quick to respond to questions and helped us make decisions that worked for us. His team completed the job in just one week and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We now have a very usable space!

We recently discovered a leak in a small addition located at the rear of our house. After calling around, we were discouraged by the number of roofers who seemed booked up through the spring. We called Luc expecting to have to wait awhile for service, but he was able to get us a quote within a day and the job done within the week. It was also very helpful that he was so available via email - an easier way to communicate during the busy working day. Let me add that this was also done just in time for the remnants of Hurricane Sandy to blow through! We were very relieved to have this done in time and have the peace of mind of a solid roof during a week of rain and wind. We would recommend his services without reservations.

We had our flat roof entirely replaced late October. We first spoke with Randy in late August, and we were quoted $9800 and told they'd get the job done in about 4-6 weeks. They were a bit later than estimated due to a lot of rain and a few emergency jobs, but kept us informed so we were never waiting. The day the roof was done, the team arrived right on time and got to work around 8 a.m. - they were completely done by the time we got home at 4 p.m., and they had cleaned everything up to the point that you couldn't even tell they were there! The roof is as good as new, and no more leaks!

Joe got to our house within 24 hours of first talking to him - and our oven is good as new! The inner glass on the door was cracked, and he not only had the part in stock, but was able to come by and get it fixed right away. He even gave me a chance to clean the inside of the glass while he took the door apart, and was a very friendly guy. He also had stock on a more minor fix and got it done while he was here - the switch for the oven light. For the glass, switch, and about an hour of his (and his younger apprentice's) time, we spent under $250 - not bad! I'll definitely call him back if/when something else breaks.
