We required snow plowing to be done so that our elderly mothers wheel chair could get out of our laneway. After 2 snows and still no Capital we phoned. We were told they were not coming and would not come unless the snow was more than 5 cm. We told then that at 4 cm our mothers wheel chair could not get through & that the City snow plows had pushed more than 5cm into our laneway. Nothing they could do they said. Almost $500.00 for the season and I have to go out and try to clear a path for the wheel chair AND I have a heart condition. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO SATISFACTION. NO SERVICE FOR THE DISABLED. TRY A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

Thank you for your feedback. While we sympathize for your mom who is in a wheel chair our standards are industry standards, meaning all companies clean laneways at 5cm. No other companies plowed there clients either this storm. In regards to the terrible service, I explained on the phone that with the 3cm that fell our blowers would not even be able to pick it up. That is about an inch of snow. The weather warmed and the snow shrunk quickly. I am sorry that you are un happy but we do a great job clearing and a great job showing up on time. We do have industry standards that we do follow.
