Not a good service when you need it. Paid in advance with regret. They promise but dont deliver.

We have been a customer of Capital Services for snow removal for several years.

We found the service of Capital to be satisfactory, so much so that we even recommended it to our next-door neighbour. They cleared our driveway after each snowfall proficiently and in a timely fashion.

This past winter something unusual happened. We found that the gutter of our garage was damaged, including two dents and a puncture, evidently by Capital’s snow removal machine. We reported the damages to the company and requested them to repair it. They did not dispute the request, and after the snow has thawed, they came and replaced the damaged the gutter much to our satisfaction. We are happy that they corrected the mishaps in a responsible manner. The rating would have been a 10/10 if not for the flaw of damages, which, hopefully, the company will avoid in the future.

We would recommend Capital to anyone seeking snow removal services.

After the snowfall on February 15th, 2017 I found Capital Services truck damaged my front porch. After I have reported damage to Capital Services they have been not cooperative at all. This just ruins all the experience with this company. Very unprofessional. Still uncertain who and when is going to repair this.

I love these guys! It's so hard nowadays to find a reputable company that strives to make their customers happy and is always improving. This winter they have really turned things up a notch with some great new innovations to their equipment. It is quite noticeable. Peace of mind is priceless.

In a strong storm with freezing rain and heavy snow I couldn`t get up my driveway (car just spun out). I called them and although the fleet was out, they were following the plows and hadn`t done side streets yet. They called the closest driver and he had my driveway plowed in under 30 minutes and continued on his route. I pulled in for the night and later the next day they came by again. Very friendly and although the snowfalls can be unpredictable they do respond. To potential clients: It`s a team of limited drivers like any company with lots of clients. you have to keep in mind no company can guarentee you will be done FAST. they have a system and it works and if you are in a bind they do try to assist. Great job.

We required snow plowing to be done so that our elderly mothers wheel chair could get out of our laneway. After 2 snows and still no Capital we phoned. We were told they were not coming and would not come unless the snow was more than 5 cm. We told then that at 4 cm our mothers wheel chair could not get through & that the City snow plows had pushed more than 5cm into our laneway. Nothing they could do they said. Almost $500.00 for the season and I have to go out and try to clear a path for the wheel chair AND I have a heart condition. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO SATISFACTION. NO SERVICE FOR THE DISABLED. TRY A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

Always had good service. Minor glitch last year but they fixed it quickly. Very happy with the service and would recommend them. Thanks for the good service and professional customer service.

I signed up with Capital last year as a new client and was extremely impressed with them. The service we received was timely, efficient and the people in the office were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this service to close friends and family!

We live in Kanata south and the service seems to have booked more clients than they can service. They miss our street in their routes and dont follow the terms of the contract. Try someone else!

We are in Bridlewood and DO NOT get Capital to do your snow removal. They are NOT dependable and when you call they say they have been out for 4 hours. Even in a major snow storm (35cm) we had to call and they did eventually showed up ONCE!! They do not clear your driveway till well after 12pm and might return in the late evening !! NOT RECOMMENDED !!
