I am 100% satisfied with the work Mega did on our home. From the start Trevor was very accommodating and patient with me, he worked for a few hours on providing me 4 different quotes for each scenario I was asking for. Pricing was competitive and the final quote and invoice matched. The whole team had great communication and were easy to talk to, polite and kept us updated on what was happening and who would be there. Both the siding and eaves crews were polite, considerate, took their time, cleaned up and checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well. They were attentive- only took off what they could put back up each day so the house was never left exposed and ordered more product to complete a look and to find a better match- something we may not have noticed, but really appreciate. Overall will absolutely recommend and re hire Mega in the future.

I had several company's come out to quote a new roof, and Done Right (Darcy) by far won my trust right away. They were the ONLY place that did not ask for my insurance scope of work / approved costs before offering me a quote. The quote was done at the same time of the visit, they showed me 3 different product options and broke down every cost- it was very transparent and honest which I appreciate. Scheduling was prompt and while we were bumped twice (doing a roof in Alberta in December, you should expect weather delays) but I was given more then enough notice and apologies, and when the day did come everything and every one arrived on time. The foreman asked if it was ok if they worked the weekend which I thought was considerate, the crew was quiet- no blasting stereos on my roof, kept the area clean, and only took off as much as they were going to do that day- I appreciated this as I look out at some of my neighbors exposed roofs. The roof looks good, I did have someone come back for clean up and he offered to come back again once the snow melts. We did have one bump, my neighbors house was damaged from something coming off the roof, I called DRR they asked no questions, just sent someone out and they had the house fixed before my roof was done. How a company owns up to mistakes and fixes them speaks volumes, so with that yes, I can absolutely recommend Done right roofing!

We had to replace 5 windows in our home after a storm, I am so glad we chose Gienow to do the job. From start to finish we felt comfortable and excited with the process, every one was very knowledgeable, available, and professional. We were able to get a quote appointment quickly, and unlike the other company's we had come out, Gienow provided the quote on the spot, making it possible to see the price difference while looking at all of our options. We had 4 other quotes and Gienow was easily the best value. We were able to get upgraded triple pane windows for the same as others standard. Production time was the same as everywhere, and even though our install was bumped by a week (December weather) the communication was always great and there were no surprises. On install days the crew arrived on time, introduced them selves, were respectful of my home, cleaned up, made sure to ask any questions that came up and even worked while humoring my son. I can tell they did not cut any corners and took every step to ensure proper installation. They even installed and completely finished new baseboards which I did not expect at all. We are so happy we were able to get the triple pane glass (comfort series I think). They look great, the warmth is very noticeable, no draft and another great surprise was the noise reduction. I would fully recommend Gienow renovations! They took such care, and made the whole process so easy!
