I wanted to create custom inserts for my front door, and Andrew did just that. He whipped up the design and sent it along. He did a wonderful job installing the inserts and has very good attention to detail. he is polite and professional. Sometimes difficult to get a hold of, but he is quite busy and very popular (for obvious reasons - his work is great!). I highly recommend.

We hired the Deck Guys to build our deck in Richmond Hill - a really big investment for us. The deck turned out beautifully - it is lovely. 1. The process - somewhat challenging, as multiple calls had to be made to check if the project was on schedule. The project was delayed and ended up taking over three weeks to complete, however part of that was due to weather conditions. 2. The product - the deck itself is beautiful. The workmanship is great and it is the best looking deck on the block. 3. The aftermath - the yard was left quite a mess, with chunks of concrete everywhere and the dirt from digging up the ground to put the posts matted on the grass, killing it. The deck has been finished for over a week and the area still not cleaned up. I have a one year old daughter who wants to enjoy the yard with the new deck, however it is not safe. I have been told that clean up will happen, however has not yet - over a week since the deck was finished. This is unfortunate, as the deck is very beautiful - however clean up and maintenance of the home owners yard is an integral part of a professional job. Overall, I am happy with the final product, however going forward, as a business, I would suggest prompt follow up and leaving the area clean and free of debris - this is the finishing touch and impacts on the overall impression made.

Alan did a great and thorough job inspecting my parents' future home. He is very knowledgeable and taught me a lot of things I didn't previously know. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a knowledgeable home inspector!

I have been in my new build home for 3.5 years and it seems the builders never bothered to clean my ducts, resulting in a very dusty home. I was lucky to score a groupon with the Duct Cleaning Specialists (most other groupons for duct cleaning are for shady companies), and I was so happy. I called and set an appointment with Paul, who also sent me a courtesy reminder the day before. Steve and Joey came to my home and did the work, they were very efficient and respectful of my home, laying down tarps under their hoses. They showed me the before/after, and I was amazed! I will be a loyal customer for my next cleaning!
