We needed to replace our 30 year old boiler and received quotes from 3 places. David F. from Belyea Brothers came to our house a couple of days after contacting Belyea Brothers and assessed our current system and needs and recommended a Veissmann combi-boiler to replace both the old boiler and our 40 gal hot water tank. He gave me some great information on how the whole system worked, how to apply for an energy rebate from Enbridge, and was very patient with the numerous questions I asked at that time and during the following week while we were waiting for other quotes. Once we decided to go with Belyea Brothers, they installed the system within 5 days of giving them a deposit- other places required several weeks for the initial assessment and/or more weeks to book an install. The installers (Paul A. and Mark) were friendly, courteous and very professional. The installation looks terrific and they took away all of the old equipment and parts (including the hot water heater) and left the whole area very clean. So far the system is working great and we should see some significant savings on our gas bill not to mention not having to pay rent on our hot water heater. The overall experience from Belyea Brothers was excellent and I can highly recommend them for a new boiler system.

We needed to get our roof reshingled in the Fall of 2014 and I contacted 8 different roofing companies go get quotes. Only two companies got back to me within 10 days of my request (and some companies I contacted twice). One of them was M&R Roofing and they responded to my e-mail within 24 hours and I had a quote within 72 hours. Ivan, who did the quote, got on the roof and took pictures and they were included in a detailed quote. The quote I received was considerably less than the one I received from the other “large” roofing company. After requesting to get the roof done by M&R, Ivan came back at my request to secure a tarp over an area that was starting to have a small leak to hold me over until they could put on the new shingles. I was contacted a few days prior to the crew coming to arrange everything. The roofing crew did a wonderful job on the roof, cleaned up the site well, and were very courteous and professional. I am very happy with the entire experience with M&R and I highly recommend them.
