My central vacuum unit needed replacement. Placed a call and the next day Bill delivered the new unit at my doorstep. Always with great advice, professionalism and knowledge over the phone or in store. I live at the other end of the city, there are other stores next to me, but none compare with the service you get at Etobicoke Service Centre weather it is for accessories, equipment or only information and advice. I had two small projects last year. The front of house needed an uplift, new stone on stairs, new paving and a wooden bridge back of the house. My project was to improve the entrance of the house and I was looking on Homestars for good quality trades. I needed a classic look for my railing and after a long search I have found The Art Metal Shop. From beginning to end I was very happy with the service starting with the order process, Sofiya and Mariya helped me a lot to make my selection, quote was nicely itemized so I understand what I am getting. Quote was not the lowest I received but I have decided to go with them. It was a bit of a wait as the manufacturing process takes a few weeks (custom made), but I am so glad I waited. Once the crew arrived on site it took them only a few hours to install and custom paint the railing. Very happy! Very happy! I had to replace the old furnace and AC unit. I used HomeStars to find a good contractor and...I have found an Excellent one: Cozy World. Farhad was very professional and explained to me step by step what needs to be done. He helped with the paperwork to get rebates from Lennox and OPA. I recommended Cozy World to others and they were equally satisfied. Great contractors are hard find and I am happy I used Cozy World !!!
