Before installation we received a very well structured presentation from Reliance's Home Comfort Advisor Lina Alviar. She explained all pros and cons of different approaches, answered all our questions with the deep level of details, and arranged for immediate installation of furnace and tankless water heater. Lina was managing the entire process from sales to installation and subsequent small fix, always followed up – that’s why the end-to-end process went successfully. We want to express our greatest satisfaction with Lina’s outstanding service - everything was done to get the customer’s satisfaction.
