The Reliance technician was very courteous and friendly. He checked everything thoroughly and gave his report. He was very professional and I could tell he had a lot of experience. I have been using Reliance for several years now and I am very happy with their service. A reliable company.

Our contact person Voicek was very polite and friendly. He knew exactly what needed to be done, brought the right parts with him and did a great job. After finishing the job he cleaned the area very carefully. In the future I will be calling him again for other projects. Stephen , Oakville.

Rental hot eater tank ( 10 years old ) was leaking. I called in the morning for service and as promised the tech arrived on time. He did an excellent job replacing the old unit,was very courteous and professional , he also was very careful with his work. His name is Paul F. and I thanked him for the good work.
