Rental hot eater tank ( 10 years old ) was leaking. I called in the morning for service and as promised the tech arrived on time.
He did an excellent job replacing the old unit,was very courteous and professional , he also was very careful with his work. His name is Paul F. and I thanked him for the good work.
I am very happy with Reliance Home Services.
