I have had Toronto Clear View Window Cleaning take care of cleaning the outside of my windows for about 8 years now, and have always been very pleased. This year I decided to have them clean all the windows and screen door inside and out, as well as screens and window tracks. Jacob arrived at the door as expected, pleasant, with a big smile on his face. He did a fantastic job both indoors and outdoors, and kept my home clean and dry while he worked. The windows turned out better than expected! I have, and will continue to recommend Toronto Clear View to my neighbors and friends, and will continue to be a regular customer in spring and fall. I have always been pleased with my Mona service. Office staff have been great when I have needed to reschedule or had a question. I have to give a special thanks to our cleaner Eija who gives us great service and even goes above and beyond when she sees we need it (thanks for spiffing up my front door!) We are more than happy to have Mona provide service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality cleaning company.

Macey and Gloria came to clean my house last week and I was so pleased! I had made a special request to have my fridge cleaned out and was not disappointed! I was really impressed with their attention to detail. Thanks for great service!

We are so pleased with our experience with Mona Cleaning! Our house was quite neglected, so we were grateful when Daniel and Judith arrived. They did a beautiful job with the cleaning - we couldn't be happier with the results! Mandi also made booking a really easy process. I appreciate that I can do everything through email, and I even get a reminder email. We are looking forward to our next cleaning, and a long and happy relationship with Mona.

We cannot express how happy we were with the work and service we received from Pallotta Construction. Paul is a very honest, patient and personable man, who quickly won our trust to undertake such a large (for us) project. From our initial consultations with Paul and his garden design consultant Imma, we were confident and excited to begin our project and we were not disappointed. Paul and Imma helped with the design, Paul went with us to pick out the stone and shared his recommendations. His crew is fantastic. They were friendly, exacting, and helpful beyond the scope of the job. They clearly have the same pride of workmanship as Paul. Neighbors were impressed with the work and worksite. The team was always there bright and early. Everything was tidied at the end of the day, and thoroughly cleaned at the end of the project. The job was completed on time, and at the quoted price. We have many people in the neighborhood stop and admire our new front yard, and even had someone come to the door to ask for the name of our contractor! The work that was completed really helped to enhance the pride of ownership in our home, and the project went so smoothly. We are so pleased with our decision to have Paul and his team complete our job, and would not hesitate to recommend his skills and service to anyone.

I contacted 416 So Clean based on Homestars Reviews. My upholstery was dirty and stained with 2+ years of baby spills, dirt, food etc. The customer service was impressive from my first contact. I was able to ask questions, get a quote and book my service online. Very quick email response. I got a telephone call from Adel yesterday morning to confirm my appointment. Daltony arrived this morning, right on time. He is such a friendly man. He set up, completed the cleaning and fabric protection application much quicker than expected. He showed me how to properly clean the microfibre to avoid the watermarks that we had left after our attempts to spot clean in the past. I wasn't sure that all of the stains could be removed as some had been there for quite awhile, but I knew that profeccional cleaning would make it look much better. I was so surprised that Daltony got all of the stains out - it looked like new! Exceeded my expectations. I will not hesitate to use 416 So Clean again when I need my furniture cleaned in the future. I really value companies who offer quality and a positive service experience, and 416 So Clean clearly prides itself in both. Thanks again!

We had Clear View clean our Windows in July 2010, my apologies for not posting this review much sooner. I had chosen Clear View based on the positive reviews I had read on Home Stars. Our windows were particularly dirty this past year due to the dust and grime from major road construction that was recently completed on our street. I don't know the name of the lad who came to our house, but he was very prompt, ringing the doorbell at 11 exactly. He was friendly and explained what he would be doing. I particularly appreciate the job he did with our front living room window, especially since he had to climb over some overgrown bushes to complete the job. (They will be gone by next year!) Before he left he went around the house to do his final inspection and even took the ladder back off of the car to touch up an area. I appreciated that he took the time to point out areas that he felt were foggy due to window age and sun damage, even though I hadn't noticed. They looked good to me! He did a great job with the sliders and the frames. We were impressed with the cleaning itself, as well as the follow up call we received from Brian after the fact. I have never had any company follow up after service was completed, making sure we were satisfied. I was very happy with the cleaning, but that customer service really sealed the deal. We will most definatley look to Clear View if we require window cleaning in the future, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A few days before Christmas my dishwasher started to make a horrible grinding noise. I called a local repairman who told me over the phone that I likely needed a new dishwasher due to the cost of the repair and would not come to my home to diagnose. I contacted Steve Brannan after reading poitive reviews on the Home Stars website and he was able to come to my home the next day. He quickly diagnosed that I would need a new pump and motor, but did take apart the dishwasher to confirm, and to show me. He was clear about the fact that it would be an expensive repair, and that many people would choose to replace. He also was able to tell me it was ok to continue to use the washer without hurting it further (remember, this was a couple of days before Christmas and I was having multiple days of dinner company!) After considering the options, my husband and I did decide to repair the dishwasher rather than replace it for a number of reasons. Steve was able to replace the pump and motor right after the holidays. I appreciate the fact that Steve came to my home to diagnose the problem, letting me make my own decision rather than dismissing my call like the other repairman. He was upfront with the problem and the solutions. He is a very pleasant man, and I was very comfortable dealing with him. Should I ever need an appliance repair in the future I would call Steve Brannan. I would not hesitate to refer him to others.

I contacted HotWire Electric after reviewing the Home Stars website and reading many reviews. I communicated with Hanna by phone and email to clarify what I wanted/needed and to firm up the estimate. I appreciated the opportunity to communicate by email. From start to finish my experience was excellent and very easy. The electricians who came to my home were on time, friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. They finished the job earlier in the day than I expected and cleaned everything up. I received an unexpected suprise when I arrived home as the guys also swapped out a mismatched plug receptacle in my kitchen without me asking for it. Should I need the services of an electrician in the future I will most definatley contact HotWire again - no need to look further to find a quality and trusted electricial service. I would have no hesitation in referring them to others.
