For 16 years I had been living with kitchen counters that I hated. A friend introduced me to Sami - and the rest is history! Within one week, Sami helped me choose beautiful quartz, advised me on design, measured the template and installed the counters! A 5 star job! My house painting job expanded to my neighbour's house attached to me - two Victorian houses in Cabbagetown with lots of detail and difficult places to reach. Ben Grieve and his crew of four very experienced painters handled the job to my complete satisfaction in three days. The work was meticulously done under the direction of the foreman, Mansour, the crew were efficient, quiet, and courteous. They carefully covered surrounding areas and cleaned the work site each day. I would recommend them to anyone.

I discovered two weeks ago that a pipe leading to my outdoor tap had broken over the winter. When I turned the indoor tap on, water gushed out behind my basement wall. I called Restoration 1 Toronto and Eric and his crew came to my house that afternoon. The wall had to be demolished revealing some mould, very little insulation and, of course, a broken pipe. Over the next few days, workers replaced and reconfigured the water pipe, installed insulating, a vapour barrier, rebuilt the wall and painted it. The job was handled very professionally and quickly at a reasonable price. And I certainly appreciated that each day the work site was left neat and clean! I would definitely recommend Restoration 1.

Luc's Roofing has done extensive work for me - virtually my whole roof and upper deck. My contact was Ben who I found always to be very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. The last job was very difficult and involved removal of four layers of tar and gravel. The men worked long hours and did an excellent job, completing the work just as snow flurries arrived. The jobs resulted in an enormous amount of debris which was removed on a daily basis and when the job was over the site was left clean and undamaged. I would not hesitate to recommend Luc's Roofing to my friends and have already done so.
