Working with Karol from Saco is a dream. He is extremely knowledgable, precise, skilled and a great all around human. Other trades persons comment on the quality of the framing work - always a good indication of a job well done. Karol asks intelligent questions and guides us when we need direction regarding issues that arise, as they do when you undergo major renovations. It's our third project with Saco and will not be our last - we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our second time hiring Karol from Saco construction to do some framing and hanging drywall for us and we are once again happy with the result. Karol is a kind person who knows his trade, is responsive, on time and fair. The work is great and we are very pleased. He hung drywall in a basement (ceiling and wall), framed/hung material in a shower stall, framed a fireplace and hung drywall (10’ high) and created a laundry nook for us. Thanks again for your effort and skill - we will call you again for the next project!

Dino and Garnet, father and son team, were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I had reached out to MG Fence upon recommendation from someone else and am certainly glad I did. We went with 6x6 posts and full Privacy to match our “other side”. The quote was fair. The communication was timely and informative. The work was top notch. Karol from Saco Construction was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my HomeStars requests, was polite, came out to quote, was on time, on budget and accurate. He knows his stuff. Work started a few weeks after quoting (according to our schedule and his - he’s busy, which is good). Karol just spent the past 2.5/3 days framing out basement (to code) and I’m doing so created the space of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and living/dining area. He pays attention to detail and it is evident on his work. The basement was cleaned and left immaculate when he left. Very, very pleased with the work Karol has done and we hope to have him drywall the same space in the next bit. Thank -you.
