The Appliance Guy is GREAT. He has fixed our dryer and washer in the past, but today he fixed our oven door. Joe carefully explained the problem to me and clearly outlined my options. He had the part he needed in his truck. His advice is always based on common sense, never trying to get me to agree to work that doesn't need to be done. He is trustworthy, friendly and professional. It is a great feeling to know that if something breaks, I can call him and trust him to do the job well and as inexpensively as possible.
