I ordered and paid for delivery through Structube online. I requested a Friday, took off the day from work and called the morning of delivery because I thought it was strange I hadn't heard anything. Turns out they said I gave the wrong number - area code 640 instead of 647 - and therefore my delivery was coming 5-9PM and if I missed it too bad for me. I would have to pay for re-delivery. I pointed out that there is no 640 area code. Perhaps they could help by calling the delivery service and seeing what they could do to assist? NO. But they gave me the number, and I called myself. The delivery service was very nice and said they would ensure their driver calls with a half hour warning so I would be home. Structube was awful.

I have been shopping at Arrow for years - and have never had anything but a great experience. The prices are great and the service unparalleled. I was nervous about buying new mattresses as I had no idea what my husband and I would need versus my pre-teen son and my young daughter. There was no pressure to overbuy/overpay and everyone in my family is happy. I also buy pieces as needed for my home, and each piece is special and perfect. A mirrored armoire in my front hall, a cozy chair and a half for my family room, gorgeous table lamps for my master bedroom. Maybe because the company is family-owned, they always treat people they way they would want to be treated. Kudos!
