Can't recommend highly enough. Very professional and thorough, much more so than other companies that provided quotes. Quick and detailed responses to questions. Installers worked very hard to restore heat and hot water same day replaced equipment. Were also very careful to cause as little mess as possible and to clean up afterwards. Answered all questions courteously and patiently.

They are great to work with, will make suggestions and proposals that fit needs and budget, will make adjustments if you change your mind, answer all your questions, etc. No renovation project of any size goes perfectly smoothly; what I appreciate about Quality Restorations is that any glitches (e.g., unforeseen conditions) are sorted out promptly and cheerfully so that you are completely satisfied.

We had the front of the house done in 1999 and were so pleased that there was no doubt that we’d have QR do the work when we decided six years later to do the rest of the house. We were very glad to see that the workers were the same ones who had done the previous job - always a good sign. All elements of the work were well done: removing the old vines, patching, matching the new mortar to the old, and protecting the plants. The work was all done in the promised time frame, with thorough clean-up. We liked also that they explained what they were doing and why, and identified the materials that they were using. We recommend QR most highly.
