Very pleased with the work performed, Distinct identified issues with our existing furnace from previous improper repairs. For the quote process Nate walked us through the scenarios and options and challenges and we felt was providing a custom solution, spending plenty of time explaining the issues. The installation guys were great, worked hard all day and were friendly and polite, and the work is very neat and looks great. The follow up visit to explain in full the operation of the unit, plus lityke things like the one page checklist are really helpful. Overall, really happy with the process from start to finish.
