Hossein's experience shows. I asked for pot lights and some pendants to be installed on 3 different floors. For each room, we would discuss positioning first, then as he marked the ceilings and drilled where the lights would go, his team would prep the next room with drapes. They were efficient, clean and reasonable. The process was much faster than expected. The lighting in each room is far better than before plus the rooms look larger. If I need more pot lights, I know who to call.

Dan built 9 pull-out shelves to be inserted in cupboards under our countertops. The whole experience was easy. We live some distance from Dan who agreed to come to our home and give us an estimate based on a minimum order of 8 shelves. He arrived when he said he would, did his own measurements, made the shelves himself, and installed them himself. He arrived when he said he would, his suggestions were good, his turnaround time great, and the pricing was excellent. I no longer have to stand on my head to see to the back of the cupboards. Now, I can find things in an instant. I love using the product.

My husband has fixed clogged kitchen pipes in the past, so when this time his efforts did not work, it was time to call in William. William had to clear the pipes twice before success was achieved but he didn't give up. He arrived on time, was cheerful throughout, readily answered questions and did a great clean-up job afterward. William genuinely enjoys his profession and it shows in his work. We have no hesitation in recommending William and his company.

Our 30-year-old water was finally starting to show its age. We decided to buy our own but needed help with the installation. HC Precision Air arrived at the time agreed and the entire process was completed in under 3 hours. All our questions were answered, and our furnace room was left in immaculate condition. We asked for some interlock to be laid underneath and around our porch steps plus across the top of our driveway. Although we obtained quotes from several companies, this was the only one that did a follow-up call, asking our opinion. Rick, the project leader, made some very helpful suggestions with how to deal with some awkward details and corrected some previously existing problems. Rick and his team were open to discussing a few changes, worked efficiently and did a beautiful job of cleaning up afterward. We're very happy with the results.

Our front door needed to be replaced after 25 years. Working with Door Way was a pleasure. They suggested a design modification that works beautifully and the hardware is top-notch. The predicted turnaround time was accurate plus the customer service was excellent. When it came to the actual installation, our installer showed up exactly on time, worked steadily for the better part of the day, let us know what he was doing and why, then did a thorough cleanup afterward. We are very happy with the results!

Mallion gave us a reasonable quote to replace all of our end-unit, 3-story townhouse eaves troughs and downspouts and scheduled the job for just one week later. Mallion arrived on time, worked efficiently, safely, completed the job in less than a day and made sure the site was clean afterward. We wanted iron railings for our new stone porch that has curved steps. We interviewed several companies before going with Architectural Iron Works. One of the reasons we chose Assad and his team is because Assad uses hot dip galvanizing to coat his finished product. We love the way wrought iron railings look, but they are prone to rust as a result of Canadian winters if they are not properly taken care of. Assad's work is beautiful and he takes care with what he does. I was pleased when I saw one of the team was taking the extra effort to to caulk the base of the support rods, so no water would seep in between the iron and stone steps. Unfortunately, that team member was a bit sloppy and could use better training. I have been assured this will be corrected. It was also delightful to deal with Maryam, who administers the office. She is organized and anxious to please. We are happy to recommend Architectural Iron Works.

We're in love with our concrete porch! The results are even better than for what we hoped. Rolando listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and made thoughtful suggestions. Rolando and his crew were highly professional, arriving when they said they would, working late if need be, and maintained an exceptionally clean and tidy construction site.
