EyeFul Interiors is the best kept secret. Erica took great care of my needs and I absolutly could not believe my eyes when the project was complete. I am so thankful for the job they did, my house is the new "it" spot for weekend dinner parties.
Purchased a sofa and chaise lounge
Where do I begin...In the middle of August I went in to Decorium with my fiancé to purchase a sofa. Immediately after entering the store we were attacked by the sales representative she would not leave us alone for 10 seconds. We explained to her that we just moved into a condo and needed to purchase furniture that was already in stock. She showed us a matching sofa and chaise that we absolutely fell in love with, however it was NOT in stock and was suppose to be delivered (what she said) "in 2-3 weeks end of September the latest, I guarantee it!" Well, Mid Sept. comes along and I call Decorium to arrange delivery to my surprise I find out the sofa "should" be arriving shortly, but the chaise wont be in until November. Very upset I asked to speak to a manager, well obviously the manager was "at lunch" so I left my name and number and waited...but never got a phone call back. Well, it is now three weeks later and I give Decorium another call, I leave a message since no one ever picks up the phone there NO ONE CALLS ME BACK!!! So today I decided enough was enough and I called a sales manager (very rude women) to tell her I want to cancel my order...she tells me THERE ARE NO CANCELATIONS!!! I ordered something that NEVER arrived, with a company that NEVER returns my calls and I'm suppose to sit back and wait until they feel like servicing me. That's the attitude there very quick to make sale but don’t hold your breath if you want any type of customer service!!!
