I used this company as they are a FABER authorized repair center to fix a range hood. I left a voice mail and was called back within 24 hours. The repair man was on time, very professional, had a proper diagnosis very quickly (I have already diagnosed the issue with another guy) and informed me about the process to get the blower replaced, The unit's price was normally $700 (I also knew from the other guy) so I was OK. However, and to my nice surprise, when he came back to do the repair, he informed me that the company managed to get the unit at a discount price of $500! What a nice surprise! And clearly shows a honest company. One more thing that really nailed it. While he was there, I asked him to look at my Bosh Dishwasher. It was not working at the time and I was about to toss it out. He diagnosed the problem again, ordered a $40 part, came back a week later, fixed everything for $150. This repairman saved me north of $1,000 right there (Based on dishwasher replacement). I really enjoyed dealing with Total Appliance and already put them in my contact list for any future repairs. I was very surprised they were from Innisfil and serviced me perfectly in Etobicoke.

We signed a contract with Neo kitchen to do the cabinets for a full kitchen renovation project. Michael and his team were very professional and helpful during the initial design phase where we have to choose the materials and finalize the design. Michael was very patient as we went through endless iterations. Michael is very knowledgeable in his trade and provided invaluable advice and expertise during this crucial phase. The cabinets were delivered on time and the installation team worked very hard day and night to get it in quickly. The team is led by a master cabinet guy who talks little but really knows his stuff. The installation was flawless. Michael was very responsive when we asked for some modifications and even additions after the project was finished. I would highly recommend Neo Kitchen and Michael for any cabinet job.

I ordered a part for my pool sand filter I badly needed as I wanted to open my pool. Ordering was easy. Price was greatly discounted. Order processing and free delivery were perfect and on time. I really have nothing but praise for the company.

When we decided to upgrade the front door of our 50 year old house, we selected three companies. Sanjeev was our initial Home Decor. You will immediately notice that Sanjeev is a very nice and courteous person. He was very thorough in explaining all the available options and pricing. We negociated a fair price and Sanjeev did a great job explaining why the price of these types of doors was high. I had three quotes for the job and they were all fairly close. What won the day for Home Decor was Sanjeev's personality and knowledge as well as the obvious superior quality doors, completely made in Canada with an iron clad warranty. I even visited the showroom an factory where the door goes through final assembly and it is state of the art. The installation took place promptly within 4 weeks of the order. The installer (Shai) contacted me, booked the appointment and arrived on time the day if the installation. He stayed for 9 hours but was still singing at the end :-). He obviously loves his job and took the time to do a really fantastic piece of work. This thing is way more complicated than I ever thought. When he was done i looked at my 50 year old house and I can tell you, the door made a huge difference. I told Sanjeev I felt the value of my house increased by 5% instantly or $80,000 so I got a huge return on investment of almost ten times :-) ... Also, the company was very flexible as we had to make some design changes to the door a week after order without any problems or delays. I highly recommend Home Decor if you care about quality and get Sanjeev for a pleasant sales experience as well as Shai for installation.

After last year's black out, we decided to upgrade our 2 wood fireplaces to natural gas ones. We reserached on the internet and got 3 fireplace companies to give us quotes. At the end we selected Walltek for multiple reasons: their quote was very competitive, Rob was extremely knowledgeable and made many suggestions, as we were also renovating our basement, that werre very pertinent and Rob was very professional as he visited our house many times before we finally signed the contract. His team installed the first floor fireplace at the agreed upon time and the installation was perfect. No mess and no issues. Rob personally stopped by to show us how the fireplace works. FOr the basement, they delivered the hardware and the installation was done a couple of months later, again flawlessly. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommand Walltek.
