Furnace seasonal maintenance and checkup.
Paid for in maintenance contract. Technician called to advise he was running late due to heavy snow storm . Work was done quickly and he provided useful advice and was nice to out 15 year old dog.
As a result of a heart attack in 2015 I had to hire a contractor to clear my driveway. I am very happy with the service provided for the last two winters by Metro Snow and Ice (formerly Appleseed). President Ken Dale provided early and frequent email updates on the timing of the snow removal and the follow up after city plows had left a windrow. We never had any problems getting out of our driveway. We had the same operator for both seasons and he was friendly, efficient, and courteous and respectful of the neighbours properties. Bryan was doing some work at my son's place and I asked him for a quick quote. He sent the Blue Crew who arrived at 7:30 sharp, as promised and completed the work in a couple of hours. Very polite and professional, gave good advice and left work are spotless. Highly recommended.
