I started waking up in the morning with bites around July. 22, and after a couple nights of inspecting my bed sheets, I found a bed bug at the bottom of my bed on Aug. 8 at 1:30 AM. I was so anxious I looked up for bed bugs services immediately, and ended up calling Muhammad at 3:00 AM in order to learn about his hours of service and leave a voice mail. Astonishingly, he picked up the phone at 3:00 AM, discussed my case, and booked me for an inspection for the same evening. In the end, we booked a treatment for Aug. 14. On that day, Muhammed worked tirelessly between 11 am - 8 pm. It turns out that I only had 2 bed bugs, no eggs or female, and yet, Muhammad didn't use any shortcuts. I saw him pull apart my sofa and my bed, checking every nook and cranny, every piece from the bed slates to the sofa legs, and I can confirm that he not only knows what he's doing but also does it very scrupulously. I haven't had any bites since his inspection on Aug. 9. Muhammad was thorough, patient, and professional on both visits (inspection and treatment). He was very easy to get in touch with, and would communicate by email/text to confirm scheduling (instead of making you wait idly at home, wondering what's going on). I would highly recommend his services.

This is my second time requiring the services of Appliance Service Experts. I was very satisfied with the service the first time: booking was simple, the repairman arrived called ahead and arrived in the timeslot that had been agreed upon; he was professional, courteous, patient and explained what happened clearly (problem with defrost timer). Payment was also very efficient. The second time, it was a bit harder to book, I left a message and wasn't called back on the same day. However, when I called the following day, booking was quick and efficient, they were able to look my file up easily. The same repairman came which made things simpler, and brought with him the part that needed replacement (so no extra appointment + delivery time + charges needed). He suggested two solutions, a cheaper but more inconvenient one, and a more expensive but simpler one. This shows that this company is not thinking about selling its customers unnecessary things and wants to OFFER, not to impose solutions! Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend it heartily.
