Scheduling our annual service is always very easy. We have had the same tech over the past few years and he is very efficient and very easy to talk to about any concerns. He also noticed a problem while here and replaced a few parts (warranty) to help keep everything running smoothly. We have been exceptionally pleased with the whole gang at Distinct Heating and have also enlisted then to install our AC next spring

We were in need of a new garage door so we contacted Glenmore Doors. Norm contacted us and was excellent to deal with. He was very helpful and provided various options for our home. Dave came out and did the install and was very efficient and did a great job. We recently had our upstairs bathroom renovated and front entrance tiled. The bathroom was a complete redo including shower/bath to walk-in shower conversion. The whole process was great from start to finish and the bathroom looks absolutely amazing. Extremely professional. Herbie, Mark and Braden were very professional and extremely meticulous. They were very open to suggestions and they had some great ideas we hadn't even considered. They were very helpful and pleasant throughout the process and kept our home really clean. Mark even entertained our dog (or maybe put up with him). All said it was a very satisfying experience and I would definitely use their services again and I would highly recommend Versatile Renovations for any projects you may be considering.

Had a new furnace installed with new humidifier, 5 inch air filter and thermostat. Landon, Jordan and Christian came out to do the work. They were all very friendly, polite and very professional. The work was very meticulous and clean. Cleanup was likewise immaculate. Nate came by on both days and then came back so he could run through it again with me. Very accommodating. I would highly recommend Distinct Heating & Cooling.

Replaced our old front entry door and rear garden door. The sales staff were very polite and friendly and the quote was very competitive. The installers came as scheduled and in fact were a bit early. Work was done in a timely manner and they were very professional and courteous. They kept the entire work area safe and clean as the work was done and once complete the areas were completely cleaned inside and out. It was a very good experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend their services.

We had a pretty old shake roof and Robert and his crew made every effort to accommodate us from the start. They even came out pre job to cover a hole that appeared when some shakes blew off in a strong gust of wind and it was threatening to rain. When they started the work my neighbours on both sides commented on how respectful and polite the crew was and the site was clean every evening when I returned home from work. We are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend this company.
