Milton hardwood to great care in ensuring our home was safe while removing the railing along our upper hall while removing thr old flooring and installing the new. The work was quick and very clean. We decided to install cork in the basement of our home and once again thr work was done quickly with great care and the quality was also there. Check all other sources for your flooring needs and then talk to or visit this company. You won't be disappointed.

I have had this company in all of the houses I have owned to either replace or refinish flooring. We had beautiful walnut laid on our upper level and warm comfortable cork in our basement of our current home. Pricing and service are second to none.

Royal was easy to deal with, friendly, prompt and quickly replaced our flat roof. Old roof removed rather than an overlay, replaced what was needed and this was completed in one day.
