Ryan helped us landscape our back and front yard and it turned out excellent. We would recommend Ryan for your landscape job. During the planning process, Ryan helped us pick out all of the different types of trees and shrubs as well as designing the overall layout of the backyard. We appreciated that he listened to what we liked (colours, shapes, flowers) and then showed us examples of the types of plants we could get. We also appreciated how he visually showed us with markings on the ground how our landscaped backyard would look. It really helped us see it! Ryan and his team did a great job executing on the plan. They worked quickly over three days and everything came out exactly as expected. On top of that, Ryan and his team left everything very neat and tidy. I appreciated that Ryan and his team didn't just clean up on the last day - they left the job site reasonably clean each and every day they were out, which made it easy for us to see our backyard in progress.

Damien did an excellent job with our furnace cleaning. I really appreciated his thoughtful approach to communicating with his customers. I liked being able to get in touch and schedule the appointment via e-mail, getting an update prior to his arrival on the day of the appointment, and receiving a detailed invoice prior to the service taking place (with pricing that aligned with his website, adjusted for the specific services I needed in my home). I also really appreciated the way he conducted the furnace cleaning. He provided a reasonable estimate for how long the service would take and did a thorough job room by room, leaving no messes. Overall, I would recommend Damien's services to anyone looking for a furnace cleaning.

I had a great experience dealing with Ducky's Drains. I was referred to Ducky's Drains after we woke up to a broken hot water tank. One quick phone call (and a follow up phone call to provide my hot water tank model and serial number) to Ducky's Drains and I had an appointment for the next morning (I was also provided upfront with Ducky's pricing so I could easily estimate how much the service would cost me). Andrew arrived at the scheduled time and immediately set to work. He worked cleanly, tidying up before leaving, and provided a thorough, plain language explanation of the work he was doing. He went over the invoice clearly - it was all nicely laid out and the cost was very reasonable. Very glad I went with a great local, owner-run family business. I would definitely use Ducky's again (but hopefully won't need to) and would recommend Ducky's to my friends and coworkers.
