I really appreciated his thoughtful approach to communicating with his customers. I liked being able to get in touch and schedule the appointment via e-mail, getting an update prior to his arrival on the day of the appointment, and receiving a detailed invoice prior to the service taking place (with pricing that aligned with his website, adjusted for the specific services I needed in my home).
I also really appreciated the way he conducted the furnace cleaning. He provided a reasonable estimate for how long the service would take and did a thorough job room by room, leaving no messes.
