Garage door spring broke at end of workday. I called Precision Garage Doors and was advised how to safely open the door to get vehicles out, and to book a service call. The technician, Travis, arrived promptly at 8 am the next day and quickly advised on the required service. There was a warranty issue on a cable replacement completed by the same company just under a year ago, which the manager honoured when he was made aware of it. Travis was friendly, efficient, and communicated clearly what was required. Happy to have a working garage door again!

We recently had our basement developed by Cobalt. We decided on Greg's company as we were happy with his quick responses and availability to meet, we got a good feeling from him right away, he had excellent references and we liked his 8 week timeline. While we had a clear idea of what we thought we wanted for our design, Greg was able to present other options for the use of our space that other contractors had not, which we ultimately chose for our basement. The process went fairly smoothly and was indeed finished on time despite my skepticism. Greg checked on the work frequently and was always responsive to questions, concerns and any little changes we wanted to make. Any issues that came up were quickly fixed with no problem. All of his contractors were polite, friendly and easy to work with. We are very happy with the final product and would highly recommend Cobalt Developments to others.
