My built-in Bosch microwave stopped working. Evgheni came twice and tried to properly diagnose the problem and fix it. He was honest, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Although he couldve fix it, he was honest in suggesting to buy a new one instead because it would be cheaper. He then cut his mini-vacation short to come and install the new appliance. And, he used a lot of creativity to perfectly fit the new appliance in the old space (the new one is a different model). Evgheni is a true professional with high integrity and he is extremely good at what he does.

Rudy and his team did an amazing job. Always on time, he always kept me informed of progress and next steps. He had to remove my 2 car interlocking driveway that was sagging badly. He created a new solid base and placed all the cleaned up bricks back. It looks better than ever. In addition, he and his team had to “improvise” and fix a bunch of stones and river rocks on the side of the house as well as the waterproofing membrane. I found Rudy to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely practical. A real professional that listens to the client’s needs. Thank you!

My gas fireplace stopped functioning properly. I sent Imran a note (using Homestars) - he called me back within 1 hour! He then came and serviced the unit within a couple of days. Although due to how the unit was installed, Imran did not have perfect access to its main components, he found a way to work around that. Also, he tried first to see if the problem can be fixed at the lowest cost for me. Luckily it was just a spider-web causing the issue. He had to be persistent to find it and remove it though. Imran was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional. Clearly he is driven by the desire of doing a perfect job and looking after his clients' interest instead of chasing a quick buck. A few months ago I called Rafi and asked for a quote for a new furnace and a/c unit. I used AFG in the past always with amazing results. This time as well, Rafi showed up immediately, provides expert advice, offered the best quote. Installation was immediate and smooth. He took ownership of the project and made sure everything was done as agreed. Fast forward a few months, the evening of the worst snowstorm in Toronto the furnace stops working. Called Rafi at 8pm, and in 40' he was at my place. Diagnosed the issue, found a temporary solution and 2 days later came back and replaced the defective switch. I doubt that one could find more professional, honest and reliable service. Highly recommended.

In the middle of the hottest summer my A/C stopped working. I called AFG and Rafi, one of their technicians showed up the same day. He immediately diagnosed the problem (faulty capacitor) and fixed it. Great service, great price. But, more than that, he had to go into the furnace room and noticed a smell of gas. Although this was not the service he was called to do, Rafi proceeded to diagnose that issue and then fixed the leak without even charging me. Outstanding professionalism! Great job!

I used Chris and his crew by now to waterproof two houses. He offered the most reasonable prices, he did an amazing job, he and the crew were on time, and finished exactley by the time they said they would. He kept me informaqed constantly about whatever he was finding as he was exposing the foundation and he always offered solutions. Very professional! Thanks!
