For a number of years I have called on Imran to service my gas fireplace.

He is not only the most knowledgable, fair and professional service person but also the kindest, cleanest and best at communicating with the customer.

Imran is an incredible individual and professional. We had the pleasure of meeting him back in 2015 when he replaced our fireplace that had not worked in years.
At the time, we were super impressed by his meticulous work, his honesty and integrity. He made an ugly unworkable fireplace into a gorgeous fireplace that has continued to work until now without any issues.
A few days ago the pilot light went out and although I had not contacted Imran since then, I knew I had to call him for advice and to repair the fireplace if it needed it and thankfully he was still in business and happy to say - still getting excellent reviews.
He walked us through lightning the pilot light and even phoned back to make sure it was still on. Unfortunately it went out again a few days later so I called Imran again as I was worried.
He made the time to come and clean and service the fireplace.
Imran is a guy you can rely on. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and truly cares about his customers. He goes above and beyond and stands by his work.
Imran is the real deal!!

Matteo came on time when he said he would. He was careful in laying out his equipment to protect the carpet and everything he did was explained well.
I was offered a choice on two ways he could do the repair and was up front on his charges.

I had not had my gas fireplace serviced in years and it required replacement parts to get it started this year. They fit me in quickly and serviced me on a weekend. Work has been done professionally and the fireplace has never looked so good and operated smoothly. Highly recommend this company!

Our gas fireplace had not been serviced in years. I found Imram on Homestars and he made time to come and do the job. He was exceptionally thorough, and completely dismantled, cleaned and repaired the unit. It is like new and we are enjoying it again. He even called a few days later to confirm that all was well. I agree with other reviewers that Imram is a wonderful person and I am grateful that we found him. I highly recommend him.

When our gas fireplace stopped working, I placed a service call with the business that sold and installed it. After waiting 4 weeks for them to contact me, I gave up waiting and searched online for a repairman. Thats when I found Imran, and what a valuable find that was! Hes usually very busy but the timing was right and the fireplace was soon fixed, cleaned and working perfectly. Imran is clearly an expert in the field and he takes great pride in his work. He went above and beyond and made a few safety and cosmetic improvements. As an individual, he was an absolute pleasure to chat with. Who knew that having something repaired could be such a pleasant experience? I will definitely be asking Imran to come back for regular service appointments.

I have a gas fireplace that hadnt been working for several years. It required a total overhaul to make it functional. Imran came highly recommended to me by one of his competitors as they were unable to attend my house. Imran called me within 1 day of calling his company and came over within days to assess the situation. He took note of what parts would be required and what cleaning and painting had to be done. Once he obtained all parts required, Imran repaired all the issues and made our fireplace look like new. I highly recommend Imran .

Imran came to service our gas fireplace which was not functioning properly. He did a great job servicing it, he is very knowledgeable, professional and a very kind person. I would highly recommend him.

We requested a cleaning and tune-up of our older model gas fireplace. Imran was very friendly and courteous, and conducted a very thorough cleaning and tune-up. We were very pleased with the service and our fireplace is performing like it was new again.

I live alone in a townhouse and rely entirely on my fireplace to heat my home, because my baseboard heaters no longer work.
Earlier this year the flame went out on my fireplace and I could not get it relite. I found a serviceman's number online and called right away, to be told I would have to wait a week for a service call. I scrambled to buy some space heaters and a week later he showed up and looked at my fireplace and told me the valve was faulty and he would have red tag my unit. I asked for a quote to fix the valve and he told me didn't work on these valves and I should buy a new fireplace. He even had the nerve to charge me for a service call after refusing to give me a quote.

Wanting a second opinion, I called another serviceman who came two days later. He agreed the valve was faulty, but would need a couple of days to get me a quote. I didn't hear anything for three days, so I called him and he told me that he did not have time to get all the prices and probably would not have time to do the work, at least he did not try to charge me

Frustrated I decided to call one more serviceman and was lucky enough to find Imran's number. He came the next day after I told him I used the unit to heat my home and proceeded to do a complete inspection of my fireplace. After seeing how professional he conducted himself I asked for a quote to do a compete overhaul of my fireplace. Imran gave me an amazing price to do the job and started working right away. After getting all parts needed, Imran came in and restored my fireplace to brand new condition. It looked and worked better than ever.
I highly recommend Imran to do a terrific and professional job.
