Imran is a consummate professional and we would highly recommend him for any gas fireplace repair or service. He responded promptly and arrived on time. He meticulously cleaned up the work space when he was finished his work.
We had an aging non working 2 sided see through gas fireplace. He replaced the sensor, cleaned everything including both sides of both glass pieces, the logs, the manifold, brick sides and lay down new crystals. The fireplace now works perfectly and looks better than new! Clean, sparkling and WARM!

Imran was able to fix my fireplace by clearing out spider webs and offered me a solution ahead to put in on daily for two minutes even when not using it. The transformation from before and after was incredible! The flames are so much higher and aesthetically pleasing to view. Imran rearranged the logs, replaced my garbage filler with beautiful crystals that he did not even charge me for! Talk about overdelivering! Imran is her nicest man who truly cares for his customers and went way beyond my expectations. Needless to say Imran will be a back next year and beyond and would unequivocally recommend to anybody.

Our house has three gas fireplaces - apparently the previous really liked them! Imran has come out a few times over the last eight years to replace valves, sensors, and remote controls. He is meticulous, carefully laying out a large blanket and precisely placing the cement logs and grate on it before starting to work, then carefully reversing the process and vacuuming up anything that has escaped afterwards. He is courteous and professional. We would hire him again.

Absolutely pleased with the fireplace cleaning and repair service that Imran provided. Our gas fireplace is now safely operable and looks beautiful. Imran took the time to ensure all our concerns were addressed. Where we thought we might have to replace our existing fireplace, Imran assured us we did not. During the pandemic our fireplace smelled like gas. Gas company came and turned it off. Finally we’ve had the opportunity to have it fixed and found Imran and Homestars with excellent reviews. We contacted him to find out he had minor surgical procedure and would need to see in the New Year. I don’t think he thought we would call him back but we did. His reviews were so good we had a feeling he would be able to do the job without replacing the entire unit. He came all the way from Mississauga to our home near Pickering and in the same day diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The fireplace has never looked so good and works so well.
