Imran is knowledgeable and offers excellent service. Imran completely updated one of our fireplaces and did repairs and maintenance to the others. He re-set the logs and added more rock wool which further naturalized the appearance of the fireplace flames. He followed up several weeks later to make sure we were pleased with the result and to see if we had any additional questions.

Imran saved us ten years ago when he came to repair the gas fireplace in our new condo, which was in deplorable shape, right around New Year. He impressed us as the consummate gas technician. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, he educated us about our fireplace. He explained what he was going to do in order to find the problem. He proceeded step by step, showing what he was doing and what he would do if that did not work. He fixed a few things that were defective or about to get there. Our place was fixed during holidays and we were able to spend New Year with a perfectly functioning fireplace. Since then, every year, we ask Imran to service our fireplace. He is the same perfect technician, but we discovered a deeply human being hidden behind his professional skills. He has become a friend and we are almost looking forward his annual service call to talk about our families. If you are in need of a great professional gas fireplace expert, a service man who is not going to take advantage of you, he is the man. I recommend him 100%.

We were in need of service on our gas fireplace, which hadn't been looked at in over 10 years. Mr. Emamdee agreed to come to our house -- even though we were out of his service area -- because he said my son "sounded nice on the phone!" In retrospect, we got lucky. As other reviews have mentioned, he was friendly, professional, and meticulous, quickly diagnosing the problem and bringing our fireplace back to full working order, while eliminating a funny smell it was giving off. He even rearranged the logs and put down some beautiful crystal stones that my wife just loves -- this man has an artistic flair, too! But the most amazing thing of all -- which we think reflects what a special person Mr. Emamdee is -- is that he called us the day of the recent snow/windstorm to make sure we were OK! Needless to say, we recommend Mr. Emamdee wholeheartedly for any gas fireplace service you may need. God bless.

Imran fixed my 20+ year old fireplace this week. He was very friendly and very professional. After some diagnostic work, he gave me an estimate. Although the repair was more difficult and time consuming than was expected, he stuck with his original estimate. Much of the fireplace had to be taken apart but Imran was meticulous in his cleaning and rebuilding. I have to say that the fireplace now works and looks better that when it was new.

Imran pointed out a problem with a previous repair that was performed by another company. Although the previous repair corrected the problem I had at the time, the non-standard nature of the repair created some safety issues. The lesson for me was to make sure that fireplace repairs are done by experienced fireplace repair companies such as " Gas Fireplace Services and Repairs". I highly recommend Imran and know that he is now my "go to" person for any future fireplace issues.

Imran is not only incredible at what he does, he is also a wonderful person. He is very responsive and comes when he says he will. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and explains everything to you. He was able to repair our old, neglected fireplace and made it run and look like new. We will be calling him every time we need a service or repair. If I could give more than 10 stars I would!

This is the third time Imran has attended my needs to make my old gas fireplace working as it should be. Again, Imran, came when he said he was going to, explained his diagnosis, and upon approval to go ahead, basically rebuilt my gas fire place insert to better than new condition.

Long story short, it turn out our newer fireplace was never installed correctly to begin with. We moved into the home less then a year ago and have had issues with the fireplace since day one. Luckily Imran came in and literally put it back together correctly. The motherboard was fried, which he replaced. Sad reality is the fireplace was unsafe until Imran came in and set things right. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Cant thank him enough for all his amazing work.

I couldnt recommend Gas Fireplace Services and Repairs. Our fireplace is now fixed as it should have operated in the first place but didnt due to a lazy contractor. The service was on time, thorough and to exceptional standards. I will be hiring annually moving forward!

Imram came two times to work on two different fireplaces. He did an excellent job on both fireplaces and corrected hazardous mistakes made by a former service provider. I would highly recommend Imran to anyone who wants excellent and honest repair services done.
